About Ryan
Family First: Business a close second: Ryan Carnovsky along with his brother John is one of the Managing Partners with Kenmare.
He started in the Medical space where he focused on Registered Nurses in the Critical Care/ER/Telemetry and ICU areas.
After learning the medical side, Ryan turned his attention specifically to Engineering and Manufacturing Placement in 2011. Starting in the Skilled Trade world first as a recruiter with Volt Workforce Solutions. This experience lead to him becoming the SRG Specialty Recruitment specialist at Express Employment Professionals which is an elite and specialized unit within the organization. This lead to that All-Important End Goal: Kenmare being opened in September of 2016 with a focus on Direct Hire and Talent Development in the areas of Skilled Trade and Engineering. Ryan has completed over 200 placements and counting, ranging from Machine Operator to Controls Engineer to Plant Manager.
He currently resides in Milan where he is active in the community with his wife Sarah, daughter Ireland and cat Winnie. Ryan received his Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Communications in 2007.
About John
Family first: Business a close second. John Carnovsky, alongside his brother Ryan is one of the Managing Partners at Kenmare. John’s brother Ryan initially started him out in recruiting by sourcing/qualifying CNA’s LPN’S and RN medical professionals.
John became a Supplemental Benefits recruiter in 2012 with American Income Life, which included the sourcing and recruitment of life insurance agents. This experience led to an opportunity at T&A Staffing in 2015, which is a family owned and operated business. Successfully staffing numerous individuals for a variety of different industries that were primarily focused but not limited to manufacturing, industrial, clerical and transportation. This lead to that All-important End Goal: Kenmare being opened in September of 2016 (John Started in 2017) with a focus on Direct Hire and Talent Development in the areas of Skilled Trade and Engineering. John has completed hundreds of placements and counting, ranging from Machine Operators to Journeymen Electricians to CNC Programmers to Production/Material Planners.
John currently lives in the city of Southfield with his girlfriend Sabrina and his dogs Ace and Buddy.
Our Mission
The mission at Kenmare is very simple, to find the best of the best. To find the candidate that meets the hiring criteria for our brands and partners in the ever-changing Engineering and Skilled Trade industry. Lasting relationships are vitally crucial for success. Turn and Burn Type placements are not in our wheelhouse, nor will it ever be. The talent we place have an End-Goal and work a path to it. It comes down to fit and do they add to culture.
